The holding period is determined based on the submitted Brokerage Account Statements and the period during which continuous ownership by the same account holder can be confirmed. Example: If continuous ownership by the same account holder can be confirmed for at least two years from the first confirmed record date, with 100 or more shares held during that period, and 50,100 shares held as of the most recent record date, the NAKAMOTO Tier will apply.
