The holding period is based on the period of continuous ownership confirmed under the same shareholder number. Example: If, under the same shareholder number, a shareholder has continuously held 100 or more shares for at least two years from the first confirmed record date, and holds 50,100 shares as of the most recent record date, the NAKAMOTO Tier will apply.
